Hotel Mesaluna Near American Consulate

The pool was very nice and the suit room was very spacious. The gym was also very conveniently located on the same floor as us. However, when we first checked in, we had a regular room on ground level and asked to upgrade (suits weren’t available when booking) but before the upgrade we needed to ask the desk for a key to use. You can tell the different of being treated after upgrading. Made us feel very low.

So many things we enjoyed about this hotel, starting off with the entire staff. Plenty of staff throughout the property, all of them willing to help. The bell boy and transportation service provided was exceptional, absolutely amazing. Although there was some maintenance work being done during our stay, the property was always kept clean. The breakfast provided was always good. It is perfect walking distance to all of your consulate needs, plenty of good restaurants around the area. Very safe and secure location.

The staff was friendly upon arrival, especially Martin. The hotel was clean and constantly tended to. The food served was delicious. The staff always had a smile when giving us breakfast. The rooms were well planned and clean. Being close to the Consulate, great shopping and great restaurants nearby was a plus.

Consulate is just steps away from Hotel Mesaluna, the employees are kind and helpful specially the ladies that cleaned our room they were always friendly, the ladies that served our breakfast every morning for the 5 days we stayed at the Mesaluna, also the Hotel driver Alberto was really helpful and kind to take us to the Consulate due to my Mother disability. We thank the staff so much. God bless you all.

The staff was very professional and cortues. Always made feel very welcomed and was eager to resolve any questions or any issues you had. The breakfast was excellent, flavourful and great price. The proximity to the American Consulate, Medical Clinics, Biometrics and nearby plaza was perfect.

It’s very close to everything we needed for immigration purposes. The breakfast was great and the convenience of a shop and bistro made it easy for us to get anything we needed as we wanted it.

Location is perfect for the US Consulate. It’s about a 3 minute walk and you don’t even have to cross the street. Everything you need is essentially next door. The breakfast was also really delicious. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. Pool was also convenient.

This hotel is in the perfect spot you are walking distance from the consulate and the medical exams! Which is perfect if youre a little nervous about getting taxis the hotel also offers free transportation to local shopping centers! La plaza missions is close to the hotel and has amazing food! Overall the stay was great!
